At first skeptical and now IMPRESSED! I bought my used Lexus from Henderson Nissan. They sold it to me for the price I wanted to pay and their finance team was able to match my LOW pre app I bought my used Lexus from Henderson Nissan. They sold it to me for the price I wanted to pay and their finance team was able to match my LOW pre approved rate I got from a credit union. Not only did they match it, they matched it through the same bank I bank with. The same bank that gave me that higher rate and forced me to shop around at credit unions. I was impressed and a little mad at my bank all at the same time. Jack was my salesperson and he really made my transaction simple and easy. Every staff member I interacted with was respectful and courteous and they really made me feel at home. So much so, I found myself hanging out there even after the deal was finished! Thanks Henderson Nissan. I'll definitely be back! More

Salesman behavior APPALLING . Didn't want to show the caR We came in to compare Nissan to other SUV. Troy didn't want to even talk with us unless we were committed to BUY TODAY. We left and bought a KIA same day. Haha Troy you certainly lost a $38,000 sale and not good customer service. Hope your manager sees this!!! I would NEVER RETURN OR RECOMMEND !!!!! More

Horrible , Horrible customer service I was looking into trading my GMC Acadia for a smaller SUV. I had narrowed it down to the Rogue, the Ford Escape and the GMC Terrain. I came in to test drive the rogue and told the Sales Lady that my intention was to find a vehicle and get a final price so that I could make mt comparison. I test drive 2 and found one that I loved. I wanted a final price or at least a ballpark. She went to talk to her sales manager and came back with...well he said we can't do that unless we know what kind of financing you are doing before we can do the incentives, it would be the sticker price (really, because I was told you are offering $7000 of the rogues! ...I just wanted a number. Is that so difficult for a sales manager to give, really? Although I could see he was very very busy with the other sales men who were dancing outside. He couldn't even take the time to come and talk with me. This was the girls first week selling cars and this is how you mentor her....to dismiss potential customers. I texted T'onna to ask for her sales managers name but of course did not get a reply. If you want to test drive a vehicle they reply immediately. I am just disgusted at how I was treated. I guess it narrows my choices to a Ford Escape or GMC Acadia, both dealerships that didn't have a problem giving me a final price for my comparison. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone More

Poor service I have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SL and have been. Taking my vehicle since I bought it to Henderson Nissan for every service. I was first alarmed to th I have a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder SL and have been. Taking my vehicle since I bought it to Henderson Nissan for every service. I was first alarmed to the problems when I needed my 30 k service and was quoted a price of 289.00 yet when I got there I was charge 689.00 and told it was because my vehicle was a v8. How funny as my vehicle is a v6. They took some stuff off the bill and charges were still in excess of 500. I had already paid for oil changes in a package deal so kept going back to get the service done. Upon my next visit I scheduled a recall to be fixed and brought vehicle in only to be told they did not have parts. Waisted trip next visit which was my last visit I asked to get the recalls fixed and once again they refused to do the work. I just went in for the 3rd time to get the work done and was told I would have to leave the car all day as I said was not a problem as long as they had a car for me for the day. They got irritated and so did I with there poor service aND inability to fix the National Recalls on this vehicle. I got agitated and was thrown out of service center aND threatened not to return. Warring you all to avoid this dealership and there service department is as u trustworthy as I have ever experienced! More
