DISRESPECTFUL DEALERSHIP BUYER BEWARE! If you want to be treated substandard & be dehumanized by very unprofessional people, then go to this place. This is by far the WORSE de BUYER BEWARE! If you want to be treated substandard & be dehumanized by very unprofessional people, then go to this place. This is by far the WORSE dealership I have ever been to. There customer service is TERRIBLE. The give you the run around if you don’t have a perfect credit score. They don’t even call you back. I have been trying to buy a vehicle from them for at least a week with only ONE returned call only after I wrote a negative review (PROOF IN THE COMMENTS). They called me back & said we’ll give you $2000 off if you remove the review. I decided to do that and gave them another chance. They ran my credit at least 10 TIMES (PROOF IN THE COMMENTS). They lowered my score by 21 points on purpose. Even after they did that, THEY DID NOT GIVE ME A CALL BACK ABOUT THE OUTCOME. I called numerous times (PROOF IN THE COMMENTS) and Joe the Sales Manager never called me back. I even asked for the General Manager (GM), but they declined to transfer me. Their front service associates Eric & Jaime will hang up on you when they say they will transfer you. Their Finance Manger John Mulotti even says that they will call you back, but they never did. My original Sales Associate CESAR still until this day have not heard from him. The other Sales Manager Cody has not called me yet. The other Sales Manager Rod will hang up on you if you call about a problem. The only way to get a car from this dealership is by having perfect credit. If you are a person like me like many others who has been hit by this pandemic which has lowered your score, then be ready to be at their mercy to get a vehicle. Joe the Sales Manager said I have Sub-Par Credit. He even said I remember when I used to have bad credit. People with sub-par credit are not welcomed at this dealership. GOD FORBID that you have a complaint because all you are going to get is hang-ups and be disrespected. They don’t care about their customers. I have included the original review below and proof of everything I stated in the comments section. BTW on the first review when they responded, they said the GM would notify me and GUESS WHAT! Yeah you guessed it, he DID NOT CAL ME. I WILL NOT BE DISRESPECTED AGAIN. Do yourself a favor and respect yourself by not going to this dealership. They will ruin your day. ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW! I had an appointment on Wednesday. I went in and they ran credit, but they sent me home after 2 hours and said they would call me, but I have not spoken with anyone yet. No one called me back and it has left me frustrated. I feel like I was neglected. I gave them three days and the benefit of the doubt, but no one ever did callback. I called on Friday and spoke to someone to about not receiving a call back. The finance manager said that I would get a call back 2 mins after I hang up, but no one ever did. My salesman was Cesar and I also was working with Joe the sales manager, but I haven't heard from them. This makes me feel like I'm not a customer and it has left a bad taste in my mouth. I was going to write a letter to the general manager, but no one can give me that info. The dealership gave me no respect and no callback. When someone gives you their word, they should keep it. I lost trust in the dealership because I was treated unfair. Thank you for hearing me out. More

They raked me over the coals, completely screwed me over and spoke to me like I’m an idiot! The finance manager was NOT friendly, didn’t explain anything, said he gave me my paperwork on a thumb drive and never did. So they all said he gave me my paperwork even though they were not in the room with us. But lied to everyone to cover his butt. I’m from out of state and they sent the paperwork for my registration 5 hours away from where I live when I showed them online where to send it. It took me a month to find where my paperwork went with no help from Henderson Nissan and me having to call them dozens of times. I had to call every single DMV in my state over and over again For 4 weeks to find it because no one at Henderson Nissan could tell me where they sent the paperwork. They are so nice when you walk in and then when you sign they ignore you and become different people. They left me sitting there for HOURS literally to see the finance manager. It was absolutely a horrible experience. Disgusting people! More

Walking the lot, we were not bothered, Jose did assist us and our experience just got better from there. We knew what the car was worth, and told Jose our no-nonsense approach to car deals, he obliged. Enter Peter, who asked how he could earn our business, we told him and they made it happen. Blakenship was our finance guy. He was patient and straightforward as well. Michael in service was fantastic, too! All around, a great car buying experience. I highly recommend this dealership. Bonus: Coffee machine is pretty sweet. More

Last week was quoted a certain amount only to come pick it up it was more than double for the same service without telling me. Been called a liar and technician ripped off the plastidip on my wheels, again, without knowledge or consent. Never even told me what they did. A month ago I went in to have safety-related issues fixed, picked it up only to find out they NEVER fixed it in the first place, They just let me drive off. Needless to say, and never come back. I am a Nissan owner now a part of the Findlay Toyota family down the street. Good luck. More

VERY Dishonest and Deceitful tactics I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that, sometimes people have bad days and they deserve a second chance. This is not one of those situ I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that, sometimes people have bad days and they deserve a second chance. This is not one of those situations. I went there and talked with Chris. I really liked Chris, it seemed like he really want to help me. The problem came when I sat down to talk about the finances. He brought his boss, I think his name was Randy. He is extremely dishonest and flat out lied to me. I felt like he was trying to take advantage of me. I don't know how a reputable company could employ someone like that. They do a lot of shady tactics. They asked for my key to my car so they can get it looked at for trade in value. I sat by the window where my car was parked, no one ever looked at it. They kept my key while talking about finances, and when i got to the point where I wanted to leave, they wouldn't give me my key back. I asked at least 6 or 7 times before they gave it back (maybe more, I was kinda angry at that point). I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was not credit rating or financing that prevented the sale (After I left, I went to a neighboring dealer and bought a car). It was deceitful sales tactics that left me feeling like I was being scammed or taken advantage of. I will expand on these deceitful tactics that your employees are using. I was looking at a Sentra that cost about $19,500. I only discussed the car with Chris. We NEVER talked about any other additional products or services. I was concerned with my credit rating, after going through a tough divorce, I fell behind on some bills, but I am at a better point in my life and expected a higher interest rate. I just wasn't sure how high the interest rate would be. When we sat down to discuss the numbers, Randy told me it would be $535 a month with a $2500 deposit. Simple math will tell anyone with common sense that something isn't right. $535 x 72 months is $38,520 plus the $2500 is $41,020. There is no way I was getting a loan with 100% interest rate so that means that about $8,000 to $10,000 of additional products and services added on WITHOUT MY CONSENT AND WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! I don't know what they were trying to added on, but I don't play games and I don't like the dishonest tactics so I wasn't going to try to find out, I just wanted to leave. For reference, the car I bought was about the same price, but it is costing me almost $200 LESS per month then Sentra they tried to sell me for $535 a month. Yes, they were definitely doing some kind of shady business. I would advise everyone to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP! More
Servuce Dept very good, sales and finance depts not good We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at We have purchased 4 vehicles from Henderson Nissan. The finance guy who sold us a worthless third party warranty from Xzilon is no longer working at Henderson Nissan nor is our salesman. We relied on Henderson Nissans previous up front policy which is no longer in effect. They outright lied and mislead us when describing how this warranty works. Xzilon will do anything to avoid fixing your vehicle. They went over the extended warranty policy but NEVER mentioned all the exclusions that are not covered. We will never purchase a vehicle again from this dealership. The current sales manager, Randy, couldn't help us, and the finance manager is pretty much worthless in the after purchase problem area. I must point out ,Mike Foote, Service Manager is very helpful and courteous on the few times we had a problem. Shane, our service writer is also very helpful. More
