He was very friendly, went over a few of the features of the car. Once we were done with the test drive, we rang the bell! And Kevin aviles was our finance, he was awesome! And explained the contract very well. After Kevin, we then dealt with Viktor, whom we worked with from our previous purchase. He was very awesome and showed us in detail everything about the car! Love our new rogue and we will continue to be a part of the Nissan family! More
all about an amazing sales person.. Brenda I bought a used vehicle and because of the way we titled it, DMV refused to register it.Dmv said it was the dealer fault and State Farm Ins. I went to DMV three times with new information and they still said if was the dealers fault. Nisson said no way, everything was fine. Then Brenda stepped in. She called State Farm and got them to send a decloration page. With that I went back to DMV and they still said no. Brenda met me at DMV on her day off and pleasantly talked to a supervisor. Within a couple of minutes I had my registration. ON HER DAY OFF AND VERY PREGNANT SHE WENT WAY BEYOND TO HELP US. It was because of her special knowlege and willingness to help that I resolved this issue. Thank you Brenda, you are very special. Please give her a giant bonus!!! More

I didn't know what to expect until I met Shane...honestly he didn't sell anything..meaning no sales tactics really.....lol..he got the deal by default because I was in despreate need of a car... but he was great... he took care of me. Understanding my situation....needless to say the Nissan family took care of me..they got the price in a great affordable range....worked with me on the deposit....At first I was upset because I'd just bought the car. But understanding that everything has a purpose. We can see the blessing after it happens. We just have to be patient so God can show us. So I'm truly convinced that God put me at Nissan at the right time at that particular Nissan location to meet Shane and Jack..lol either way I THANK SHANE AND JACK FOR ALL OF THE HELP. I'M ROLLING NOW BABY. THANKS GUYS More

An amazing first time experience! For all of you who don’t want to read the story of what happened here is what you need to know, Josh will do everything in his power to meet your need For all of you who don’t want to read the story of what happened here is what you need to know, Josh will do everything in his power to meet your needs and make you feel at ease about your buying experience. Manny (I think he is the boss?), being a busy man, will still make time to meet you, check in time to time, and thank you for coming to see them, you could of gone anywhere. Joe (the finance guy) really knows his stuff, he’ll have you in and out in roughly 30 minutes, all while explaining everything and answering any questions. So this was our first car buying experience, I’m sure we’ve all heard the horror story's of how the dealer is worried about how much money they can get out of you for a used car that breaks down before you even get home, our experience was the opposite. Josh took great car of us! We first walk into the dealership and we meet Josh, we had already done our shopping online and we knew what we could reasonably afford for a monthly payment. So josh takes us to look at the Cobalt in the picture, he really made us comfortable, took us on a test drive, let us take the car up on the highway and then we went back to the dealership to feel out paperwork. He was very upfront in telling us he wasn’t sure if the banks would be okay with our budget so he wanted us to be prepared and not have our hopes up to high. He came back with a deal that we truly couldn’t afford and we were very honest about what’s going on in our lives at the moment, we knew what we would be able to commit to and weren’t willing to chance it. So he tried again and got us a deal $5 above our budget, we were so relieved, as we signed the papers, Josh and the rest of the dealership clapped as we rang this big bell thing. A celebration for us and for Josh, which we all deserved. As we waited to see the finance guy, Joe, Josh waited with us, making sure all of our needs were met, even though the dealership was closing and he could of gone home to his family. When Joe was ready for us he know we were ready to get in the car and get out of there and I’m sure he was ready too, as his Wife waited patiently in the lobby for Joe to finish up for the night. Joe was quick all while still explaining everything we signed, what would happen from here, and still managed to make small talk to make us feel welcomed. Now everything is said and done, Josh (still waiting for us) takes us out to the car hands us the keys, make sure we have his cell and he has ours, tells us to let him know when we made it home safely and we got in the car and drove away feeling comfortable and excited about our car buying experience. More

Easy and enjoyable When I first called Henderson Nissan I spoke with a lady named Alex who introduced me to Brenda when I made the appointment and met Brenda I later Mi When I first called Henderson Nissan I spoke with a lady named Alex who introduced me to Brenda when I made the appointment and met Brenda I later Mitch male who was very helpful and funny and made me feel very comfortable I later met Jack who helped me through the loan process I then went through Joe the finance manager and because I was in able to stay any later this evening I came back the next night in Victor took the time with me to go over all the bells and whistles that my new rogue came with and he had a lot of patience for me and I also got a great surprise when mail came up to me and told me I even got a bigger discount on my car. My experience with Nissan and would recommend them to anyone of my friends and family members More
