I call Shane who told me my car was under factory warranty. He scheduled an appointment and fixed my car for free. Again this is an 8 year old car! Very impressed with Shane and the dealership. More
Painless!!! I dealt with Jimmy, the internet sales manager. GREAT GUY, HONEST AND UPFRONT! No pressure. I got to drive a few Rogue Sport models. We told Jimmy we were going to shop around and would get back to him. He had heard this line before. He was surprised when we returned. We checked around with other dealers, other makes but went with Nissan based upon reviews we read in Consumer Reports, etc. Upon completing the deal Victor Martinez was very patient and showed us all the features and how to operate them. He even programed our phone numbers for blue tooth (we are senior citizens). He is a great guy as well, even though he is a Dodgers fan, and I am a Cubs fan. If you are looking for a Nissan, contact Jimmy YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!! More
