Came in to get my Nissan Kicks serviced for an oil change and a couple of minor things under warranty. I browsed the inventory online while waiting, and all the while, they sent somebody in to the waiting ar and a couple of minor things under warranty. Noticed they forgot to do my oil change. Then, the sales department miraculously called me saying they noticed I had a 2017 Pathfinder I took care of, too. They wanted to make me an offer. I said as long as they could take my Kicks that I wasn’t planning on keeping due to unforeseen personal reasons, I would be willing to look at deals. So, I drove 25 mins back over and had them execute an oil change while I listened to pitches on a 2020 Pathfinder. I had plenty of equity in the Pathfinder, but barely any in the Kicks, but after several hours of negotiations, they came through with a monthly payment I could handle, and I was able to trade in 2 payments for 1. 0.0% APR, 72 months. I appreciated their time to work on a deal for me as my situation was unique. More

FANTASTIC PEOPLE there in Service Dept!!!! I have ALWAYS HAD GREAT EXPERIENCES with them!!
