I wanted to sincerely apologize for your negative experience, and for how long it took you to get a proper follow-up response. The first one you received was more than inadequate, and I wanted to assure you the issue you experienced and the Manager you worked with have both been addressed accordingly and are no longer part of Henderson Nissan. We've recently undergone significant changes to our upper management and are working hard to restore confidence among our customer base. The practices and behavior exhibited by our former management were beyond unacceptable and your frustration is warranted and understandable to say the least. I understand if your impression of us has been shattered, and would very much like to try and remedy that if at all possible. What you experienced is not at all the way we treat people or do things at Henderson Nissan, and given the opportunity would like to show you that firsthand. While there's no excuse on our end, we have recently undergone some significant management changes (including the former manager you dealt with).
