Promised for oil and filter changed waiting time 1 hr 40 mins. It took 2 hr and 40 mins. Paid bill and went outside for pick up my vehicle to find out my car wasn’t ready yet have to wait another 5-10 mins. More

I'd like to apologize for both the delays and also for the inadequate response you originally received. We have been working hard in the last month to keep up with increasing service traffic while still being short-staffed, but nonetheless, we agree that it should've been done quicker. 1hr and 40 min for an oil change is already too long and 2hr and 40 min is totally unacceptable no matter how busy we are.
