I’m giving a 5 star review because of Jamie and his amazing customer service from start to finish. I never felt pressured like I have at previous dealerships with other salesmen. Justin in sales was excellent and very helpful throughout experience. He even stayed well last close to make sure we were able to close the deal and walk me through my new car. Both he and Michael from sales had a little bit of a hard time with the final numbers, however, leading to substantial delay. The entire process took well over 3 hours even though I already knew what car I wanted by the time I got there and already had a Truecar offer ready to go. My two biggest issues though that have probably turned me off from buying cars from your dealership again is 1). I was deceptively not told about an additional $999 dealer charge at some point until we were well into closing which raised cost of the car substantially. I’m an attorney, i understand “fine print” like what was at the bottom of the Truecar offer, but even if it wasn’t posted on website, it should have been disclosed to me much much earlier in the process. 2) I was also not told until well into closing that the car I was buying had almost 5,000 miles on it already despite being advertised and sold to me as a “new car”. I did not appreciate being pedaled a vehicle that had already been driven, quite substantially I might add, by who can I only assume was the dealership staff. Again, I understand that technically the car was still “new” because it hadn’t yet been owned by anybody but the dealership, but that was still something that should have been disclosed much earlier in the process, if not in the Truecar ad itself. To boot, the car also had some minor damage already which Justin was nice enough to notice and promise to get it fixed. I felt like those two things were very intentionally deceptive. I finished the sale if only because I had already been there for so long, but I’m not very happy about what the final price ended up being for a car that has already been driven for nearly 5,000 miles. I’m very happy with my car but the experience overall was not nearly as pleasant as I was hoping. More

Our battery died and we brought it in to Nissan. Chris P took care if us quickly and efficiently even though it was a busy day. We can’t say enough about how nice Chris is.
