It’s usually fine coming in to the service center but this time my service rep Ruben was unfriendly and cold. Not even a hello when I pulled up, just a “how can I help you” . From there it was silence this time my service rep Ruben was unfriendly and cold. Not even a hello when I pulled up, just a “how can I help you” . From there it was silence until he told me what desk to go to . Then he just did his thing on the computer and told me they would text me when it was done. I asked how long it would take and he said one hour. Even with an appointment? And he said “the appointment only gets you in the door”. I don’t know...it just left me feeling like he did not care and did not like his job. I do appreciate that they wash my car though. This dealership is the only one in Henderson so I don’t really have a choice but to come back. More

From the time I went on line to look into upgrading my vehicle until I drove away a few hours later there was nothing but 5 Stars from the beginning to the end. Brandon was the Salesman that helped me wit vehicle until I drove away a few hours later there was nothing but 5 Stars from the beginning to the end.
