Justin in sales at Henderson Nissan was top notch! Came in to get my Nissan Kicks serviced for an oil change and a couple of minor things under warranty. I browsed the inventory online while waiting, and all the while, they sent somebody in to the waiting ar and a couple of minor things under warranty. I browsed the inventory online while waiting, and all the while, they sent somebody in to the waiting are that they had great Black Friday deals. Got my car and went home. Noticed they forgot to do my oil change. Then, the sales department miraculously called me saying they noticed I had a 2017 Pathfinder I took care of, too. They wanted to make me an offer. I said as long as they could take my Kicks that I wasn’t planning on keeping due to unforeseen personal reasons, I would be willing to look at deals. So, I drove 25 mins back over and had them execute an oil change while I listened to pitches on a 2020 Pathfinder. I had plenty of equity in the Pathfinder, but barely any in the Kicks, but after several hours of negotiations, they came through with a monthly payment I could handle, and I was able to trade in 2 payments for 1. 0.0% APR, 72 months. I appreciated their time to work on a deal for me as my situation was unique. More
