I like this place, the staff are amazing and very helpful. I had a chance to work with Darrel, a coworker recommended me to him and all I got for him was excellent work. My vehicle sustained left rear tire damage due to road hazard. This tire was covered under my warranty. Due to the age of the tires, I purchased the other three to have four new tires. I had the vehicle towed to Findlay Mazda Friday afternoon. I was told it would be ready for pick up Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon I received a phone call from Seth Bybee, my service advisor, that the tires were in Las Vegas but could not be delivered due to delivery truck mechanical issues. I would be without this vehicle until Monday. Findlay Mazda should have sent someone to pick up the tires. Instead, I was without this vehicle for four days, for four tires. The vehicle pick up Monday was fine, just two days late. More
