Pros: Khazmir and Chelsea were the faces who became ubiquitous with the sales experience. Both were attentive, courteous, and just all around wonderful. They did their jobs well without being pushy. I can imagine that they would be great for first time buyers too, given how congenial they were. I would be happy to have them as my sales and finance team again. Khazmir was really kind and offered to help us with the vehicle setup, but we didn't need the support just because we are pretty familiar with the Mazda system. The dealership has amazing coffee while you wait too! Cons: The connectivity between Mazda Financial and dealer networks makes things a little frustrating. As a return Mazda driver moving from one lease to another, corporate Mazda Financial shared notes with my local dealer (Findlay) and within seconds my phone rang (I asked to be emailed). "We see you're looking for a..." No, I wasn't looking for anything. I did end up leasing a vehicle that day because I was sold a great deal and the time was right. The rub is that the communication is a little convoluted from step to step, but that's to be expected nowadays. We didn't know what to do with the registration paper that we received about a week after the transaction, but Michelle the scheduling coordinator helped us out with that. (Also, while there were no hidden fees, we were not aware that the consequential registration fee was going to be the cost of a right arm LOL.) Other considerations: Not really a Con, but worth pointing out, is that the vehicle wasn't presented well for delivery. The windows were dirty and marked up from decals still, and the interior was a little dusty with random fuzzies and dust on the dashboard and surfaces, and plastic remnants in the door storage. Kind of took the fun out of the "I just got a new car!" feeling. We also found two interior stickers that weren't taken off. (At least we know it was new LOL.) Bottom line: We plan to return to Findlay to purchase our second vehicle. More

As an out of state license holder, I am required to register my car in person with the Nevada DMV. The earliest appointment that I could get was two months out. The temporary driver sticker is only good for one month, so I was in a bind. Only when I told them that I wanted out of the deal did they offer a solution. I never ended up using their solution as I discovered that I could go to AAA and register directly through them. I’m surprised that Findlay never told me about this service as it was so much easier and efficient. Another problem was that they gave me the new vehicle without doing a pre delivery inspection! I had no windshield washer fluid, the tires were inflated to 49psi, and who knows what else! They did give me a good price on my trade in, but that was about it. More

Just purchased a car from Findlay Mazda and I have to say it was a seamless experience. I called to setup the appointment, I drove the car with the salesperson (Nick G), then we negotiated a fair price and c it was a seamless experience.
