First off- Charlene Barber- you are very disrespectful for even listing someone’s person business about securing financing UNDER CHALLENGING CIRCUMSTANCES. Secondly, no one is complaining about the car “New CAR SMELL” When you have fumes which are related to GAS FUMES then that is a major issue for my wife! You don’t remain committed when you have not responded to any of my emails nor my wife’s email. This just shows how terrible you are as a BDC manager. NO one listed the issues at hand on here but you. How would you feel if someone blasted your business online. Wow, I can’t wait to show my wife that you are basing her business online. How dare you!

We remained committed to helping you throughout the process and after your purchase. However, some of the concerns you’ve mentioned after purchase are beyond our control such as Windshield coverage: As explained, the protection plan covers minor rock chips, not full cracks. New car smell: This is a natural part of a new vehicle and will dissipate with time. Accessories: Certain features, like the cargo cover, were not included with the vehicle as purchased. Communication: Our team worked with multiple parties to assist you, ensuring transparency throughout the process. We strive to provide excellent service to all our customers. If you have any further concerns, we are happy to discuss them.

Charlene, I have to correct you on a few things. First off, I emailed you and you never responded. I emailed Stephen and he never responded. Third, my wife emailed you and you never responded. Then.. My wife has been emailing Steve- Stephen and he has not responded. So please do not tell me that you guys have been in communication with us rather its me or my wife when you have not.. Then, you are trying to say the window did not have a small crack when it did. It never had anything more but with Vegas windy weather as well as no one acting fast on assisting us and us not knowing or getting warranty paper work to contact the so call Perma Plate to even know to get it fixed and have the car sit, we were advised to brig the car into the dealership per Steve which we did and only to be told and given Perma Plate info. We filed the claim the same day and was denied because we should have had the information upon getting the car... So, unless you are a certified window repair person everything you are Googling does not apply to us. And Yes, Perma Plate does fix windshields.. They also fix cracks. You all have not called, texted or emailed my wife with any new updates. She should not have to stress and worry about a new car that has fumes nor a faulty windshield. My wife reached out to Steve yesterday at 6:42 am and she has yet to get an update on anything. And, you mentioned to take the car else where to get it looked at.. It’s a Lincoln so why would we take it else where and not deal with the brand of the car?
