I purchased a certified pre-owned with a manufacturer warranty.   Before I pulled of the lot the dealer ordered parts for the car.  Almost three months later the car still isn’t repaired.   They don’t re warranty.   Before I pulled of the lot the dealer ordered parts for the car.  Almost three months later the car still isn’t repaired.   They don’t return my calls.   I called Lincoln customer service - apparently they don’t answer their calls either.   Don’t buy from this dealer.  Their service dept is subpar.   It’s great the car has a warranty. Have been using the dealership since I purchased my car in 2015. Use to feel like all were treated special. Disappointed that I can no longer get a loaner vehicle especially when it took 3 days to complete in 2015. Use to feel like all were treated special.
