Jason, the sales manager, knows about sales specials, but does not quote them. Then once you get into financing... they just slip in a higher interest rate and term length. I've never been more disappointed in customer service for something as big of a deal as a new car purchase. I would stay clear of this place, as they are not ethical. More

Hyundai makes great cars. Just purchased my second Elantra. This one is a Hybrid and I love it. I’m a car guy and follow maintenance routines to the letter. Unfortunately when Just purchased my second Elantra. This one is a Hybrid and I love it. I’m a car guy and follow maintenance routines to the letter. Unfortunately when I called to get the 7500 mile oil change, tire rotation and car inspection was told it would be 7 weeks before I could get it done. I’m suppose to have free maintenance for 3 years but if I go over 1000 miles past the mileage due I have to pay for the maintenance work and have to wait another 3700 miles before getting the free service. If they can’t service new cars when they’re due for service they shouldn’t be be selling them. I waited 7 months for them to get a hybrid in for me to test drive and gave up and drove 2 1/2 hours to a dealer in Vegas and they had 10 on the lot. Drove it and bought it. Now if I don’t want to wait 7 weeks for an oil change I have to drive 2 1/2 hours to get the oil changed under warranty. If you want to get your Hyundai serviced I suggest you take it to Henderson. For me, a key strategy is to take good care of my car with an eye to manufacturer-recommended maintenance. Finding and staying with an expert and honest auto service provider is vital. The great service folks at Findlay Hyundai, St. George, Utah continue to be my choice for service work on my car. Every time I engage with them, I am pleased with the whole service experience. One of Findlay's service advisors, Travis Z, has recently been of special help. Due to a scheduling issue, getting service for a 4-wheel alignment was going to take longer than we had anticipated. On the spot, Travis arranged for us to take a 2022/2023 Hyundai Sonata while our car awaited and received the wheel alignment service. Use of the Sonata saved our day. We had several places we needed to be, including a long-scheduled medical appointment, and were able to deal with all our needs that day. Later we returned to Findlay Hyundai to pick up our car. Travis saved our day. Thank you, Travis! We will be staying with Findlay for our service needs; there is no need to go elsewhere. A solid 5 stars! More

If you order a car make sure you get a copy of the order and keep it till your car arrives. They take no responsibility for there mistakes and then on top of that they tried to pass a different car th order and keep it till your car arrives. When we asked why they tried to pass it off as the car we order they told us they were doing us a favor. We didn't find out there was a problem until after we paid for it. They told me it was a problem with there salesman. I don't believe that should cost me more money. More
