Findlay has an exceptional service department. Mr Tucson began to show the check engine light in early Dec 2023. They did all the tests and after working with Corporate Hyundai techs to try to Mr Tucson began to show the check engine light in early Dec 2023. They did all the tests and after working with Corporate Hyundai techs to try to fix the problem a few times it was determined that the engine needed replacement. The service manager Bryan was courteous and informative during the entire process. He did his best to ensure that all aspects of my vehicle repair were taken care of as swiftly as could be done and made sure it was done properly.
