Most of my experience with this dealership was positive. There was only one comment made by a manager about a question I had that made me angry and feeling like I didn't know what I was talking about. During my visit to the dealership for front brake service, I encountered a series of inconsistent quotes. Initially, the service was quoted at $299 via their check-in iPad. I then presented a Hyundai service, I encountered a series of inconsistent quotes. Initially, the service was quoted at $299 via their check-in iPad. I then presented a Hyundai website coupon for $239, leading to a revised paper quote of $279, which was communicated to me before work commenced. Contrary to the promised 1.5-2 hour completion time for my 2 PM appointment, I was later informed the service would extend past 5 PM. More surprisingly, the service cost was then escalated to $399, a stark increase from both the initial iPad quote of $299 and the revised paper quote of $279. When I contested this hike, referencing the earlier quotes and the online coupon, I was informed that all were considered outdated and not the dealership's responsibility, despite them having provided the paper quote mere minutes earlier. It was only after engaging Hyundai Customer Service and persistently requesting a manager that the dealership finally agreed to honor the $279 quote they initially provided but remained adamant about not accepting the $239 coupon price.
