We bought our new Hyundai hybrid in 2022. It was during the time of low inventory after the pandemic. But we love our car. And we love bringing it in to Findlay Hyundai in St George. After searching dealer inventory and asking a few questions online I was able to narrow down a vehicle I was interested in. I visited the dealership and Rafael helped me. Took the car for a test drive and decided it was the car. I had a trade that I researched before hand and told Rafael what I needed to work a deal. Within about 10 minutes he was back with an offer that I accepted. My experience was awesome and I really appreciated the knowledge and experience Rafael had as he explained how the vehicle systems worked. He was eager to help answer questions even after the sale was completed. I would recommend Findlay Hyundai and Rafael to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. More

One of the best car purchasing experiences I’ve had. My salesperson was Chris Vallejo and he was a delight. He never made us feel rushed and explained everything in detail. I previously was going to buy a Infiniti RX50 picked out an another dealer. Three hours before I was to sign papers, I had this little voice that told me I should check out Hyundai. That car was never on my radar. Test drove the car and then while my husband was driving, sat in the back seat speed reading the reviews. We left the dealership and went to catch lunch. Stepping out of the restaurant there was a Tuscan parked right next to us. Went back in the restaurant and asked every table if they owned the car. Found the owners and had a wonderful discussion about their experience with it. Fell in love and purchased a Tuscan Limited Hybrid. So excited! More

I was very pleasantly surprised how easy it was at Findlay. While I wasn't able to sign documents, due a nationwide software outage, the negotiations took less than one hour. For the first time my life it was an enjoyable experience. I am 70 and have purchased a lot of cars, so that is saying something. More
