I have a 2023 venue, I was told when I bought the car I had a 3 year of free oil changes, I told the person that sold me the car that it will not be driven that much. one year later I have only driven it 5 had a 3 year of free oil changes, I told the person that sold me the car that it will not be driven that much. one year later I have only driven it 587 miles. Brought it in for it's first oil change and was told no more free service. What happened to 3 years??? The worst customer service in my life.! More
The service department very friendly, professional & accommodating. Problem; I’m a diabetic started to feel lo blood sugar, was told I could only have 1 snack.
