Very poor communication - even though dealership had full access to complete maintenance history of vehicle, I received a text with over $900 in 'recommended service items' NONE of which are needed or warran access to complete maintenance history of vehicle, I received a text with over $900 in 'recommended service items' NONE of which are needed or warranted. By the way, who is Aspen Girkin? My service advisor was Nico - a very nice young man who was not pushy about anything. This dealership really needs to adopt a personal touch! More
