Dropped Tucson off for recall at 8:15 a. m. & advised it would take two hours. I called at noon to check on my vehicle since I never received a call & was advised it was still in the shop. m. & advised it would take two hours. I called at noon to check on my vehicle since I never received a call & was advised it was still in the shop. I finally received a call that my vehicle was ready at 4 p.m. I was without vehicle most all day for a 2 hour fix & had to arrange transportation back and to dealership. Either Findlay was short of mechanic help or my vehicle sat around for six hours before they worked on it. Both Grant & Nico (service representatives were nice & did a good job but no explanation why a 2 hour job took 8 hours. FYI I never received a recall notice but Nico advised me when I was in for an oil change several weeks ago. Unfortunately I left the vehicle for oil change and recall but advised when I picked up the car hours later that no recall was performed because Findlay didn’t have the parts. I was prepared to wait for oil change but when advised they needed several hours for recall fix, I arranged for spouse to come pick me up. It would have been nice to know Findlay didn’t have recall parts before arranging transport. More
Ordered a spare tire and wheel. No one bothered to mention the tire would not be on the wheel so when I picked it up I had to make another appointment to have that done. Guillermo Soria was the one who I worked with during my visit. Nico took the orginal call. I'm new to Prescott Valley and needed to make the decision to trust the local Hyundai Dealership. I've been driving a 200 mile round-trip to Scottsdale for service on my Santa Cruz and wasn't ready to cut the unbiblical cord on my relationship with them. This week my Santa Cruz made that decision for me when the engine light showed on the dash. I called on Thrusday and Nico scheduled me for the next day which made me a very happy camper. As it turned out Guillermo was my main contact. He is very professional and explained everything to me. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable as well. I have to say... I believe I can trust Finday Hyundai to take good care of my Santa Cruz and me. More
It's been over 5 weeks since my car was brought in for brakes. The only call I got on the progress was after the 2nd week when Nico reached out to tell me my battery was dead and would I like to purchase brakes. I mentioned the brake light switch that I requested be replaced being the culprit but got no response. I inquired about the status of the car and was told it would be finished up by the end of the day. Approaching week 4 I called and spoke to Nico He told me the tech had a family emergency and had been out on vacation prior but he would have a manager reach out to check on the status. Next day Nico called me and said the tech found another problem with a wheel hub and asked me if I would like it replaced, he also said the brake master cylinder was on back order so therefore he could not give me an answer to when my car might be ready. I checked online and found the part readily available on many sites. As I approach week 6 I have not received any updates on the vehicle good or bad. I think part of customer service is maintaining communications so the customer can adapt their lifestyle especially if it is incumbent on a car. Looks like Thanksgiving might be a bust but I guess I can hope for Xmas. More

They were polite when I called for an appointment and in a timely manner scheduled me to bring in my car for service. I was greeted quickly upon arrival at the service department. When I returned home I found two items on the inspection in red indicating immediate attention needed. The tech never mentioned anything about it. Poor follow through. Bad customer service.
