Right from the start it was a great experience. My salesperson actually listened to me, used his knowledge of their vehicles to direct me to what he thought would be best to meet my needs. Even brought in a vehicle from another dealership to help me make a final decision. We did have a bit of a haggle on pricing, but got it worked out. The paperwork was handled quickly. Picked up my new Tucson the next morning. It was clean, fueled up and ready to go. Overall I would have so say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had over my 62 years of driving.
