I came in for my first oil change on my 2024 Tucson and found that there is an oil leak. First of all I was shocked there was an oil leak on a new car! I’m losing my faith in Hyundai. So I’m here wanting to keep my car serviced but cannot be without a car, nor should I have to. When I used to work for a competing dealership and the loaners were out, they would have the sales dept get a car for the customer. I feel like your dealership does not care enough about your customers to take the next step needed to help a customer.
