Grant is a nice guy but I was very disappointed with my service. The work was scheduled to happen on Friday so I could pick it up Saturday (it had to sit over night). Grant was supposed to to call me with service. The work was scheduled to happen on Friday so I could pick it up Saturday (it had to sit over night). Grant was supposed to to call me with an update before end of day Friday, that didn’t happen. I didn’t hear anything Saturday so I called in. The service desk (not Grant) said we would get an update and call me back. Half an hour later no call back so I called them. The work scheduled for Friday hadn’t started yet. And they had no solution for getting me a car for the weekend, so the work that was scheduled would have to be rescheduled. I am still waiting on hearing from them for that. More
