Being as busy as we are, half-retired, always outdoors and playing sports, having to shop for a new vehicle was not something we wanted to do. Our old vehicle was 20 years old, and it served us very well and playing sports, having to shop for a new vehicle was not something we wanted to do. Our old vehicle was 20 years old, and it served us very well, yet we were unsure what would replace it and accommodate our needs. We reviewed many makes and decided upon Hyundai. We dreaded going to dealerships, so we searched for specific vehicles online. The local dealerships had the make model and trim we wanted online, but when getting ready to see the car, it had been sold. We then started searching farther out. What a great surprise to find (3) 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy SUVs at one dealership. We were making plans to go up to Hyundai Findlay in Prescott and come home with a Santa Fe. Gina and the finance dept offered an awesome solution, do lease documentation online then Findlay would deliver to our home. Now, we have seen Santa Fes all over our retirement community. We talked to a few friends about Hyundai. We were ready to purchase the car that we had seen only in pictures. We had rented a Kona, so we had driven a Hyundai and liked the quality, so we were confident that the 2023 Santa Fe Calligraphy was a great match. From our first conversation with Gina A., and then Jim in the Finance dept., we felt extremely comfortable leasing the car sight unseen. Every step of the electronic process went extremely smoothly. You can bet in three years we will be back to Findlay possibly trading in or buying. No anxiety, no hassle, purchase sight unseen, we didn't know how easy the process could be.
