Outsanding people just trying to help others out. I have bought a lot of cars in my 56 years on this earth and Tim's is the most outstanding dealership I have ever worked with. Best car buying experience I've ever encountered. I went in thinking I was going into a battle, preparing myself for the hard negotiation with the dealership. I was prepared to head to Phoenix to find I went in thinking I was going into a battle, preparing myself for the hard negotiation with the dealership. I was prepared to head to Phoenix to find the best deal, I did my homework ahead of time. I knew how much the car was going to cost, and even looked up all the hidden cost. I was ready. I went into Tim's with the idea to test drive there and purchase elsewhere. Needless to say Baldo Gudiel, Jake Nelson (from State Farm), and John Ward made it too easy and I saved myself a trip. I got the car I wanted, at the price I wanted, without all the hassle that I expected. Best car buying experience. I will be buying my next car at Tim's because the way I was treated and the great deal we received. It's really hard to believe because I've had such BS experiences in the past. Seriously was impressed with the professional, non pushy sales guy by the name of Jake. Young kid with his head on right. Baldo was amazing as he didn't even make me work him on numbers, he knew somehow that I must have done my research. John helped close our deal and managed to help squeak my payments down further than I expected, he was super clear as well. Couldn't been happier! Thank you guys! More
