Dealership now provides ride home and back using Lift, that they pay for. This is a great service differentiator. I also appreciate that Kuilani physically checks your car to ensure it's clean prior to paying for the service. Great dealership and customer service. More

I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. My visit yesterday was an oil change and to check it over, especi treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. My visit yesterday was an oil change and to check it over, especially the air conditioning which was starting to make noises. I will have a new compressor installed and will follow up in the following months with a few other issues which is expected in an older car. I absolutely love my car and want to keep it great condition for years to come. More
Great, fast, professional, courteous and friendly service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but the service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but they'll need another few minutes because they discovered that I needed a new battery! No symptoms, but wow, am I glad that this was discovered during a routine check, and not when I needed to go somewhere, and I was assured right away that it is covered by the warranty. Another 20 minutes or so, and I was on my way, with a new battery. Thank you Findlay Honda! More
