Dropped in for service. Findlay Honda North was more than happy to help me. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, check my tire pressure, and replace my batteries in my key fobs. They did a super than happy to help me. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, check my tire pressure, and replace my batteries in my key fobs. They did a super job and I asked them NOT to wash my car, but I was to late with my request. I had just come from having my car washed. They assured me that I would not have any water spots and they would make sure they put Tire Black on my tires. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the service I ask for. I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle From this dealership… I purchased a vehicle April of this year and I showed up after a week to cancel a couple of extra scam charges on my finance paper. I was given the run around that they will cancel it and give me a check in 6 weeks. After that time I followed up since I never received a check or a call. The finance manager left and moved to a different dealership. I was refer to the senior finance person and was told they will just credit it back to my loan in which they never did.
