I went in for routine changing of the timing belt and water pump and also had them look at my AC as it wasn't cooling. They diagnosed "black death" of the AC where all the lubricating fluids gum up ever water pump and also had them look at my AC as it wasn't cooling. Thankfully, I had an extended warranty to cover this repair, but they were so helpful in getting me a rental car which was at no cost as this repair was going to take a few days and also had to be approved by their specialist.
