Dropped in for service. Findlay Honda North was more than happy to help me. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, check my tire pressure, and replace my batteries in my key fobs. They did a super than happy to help me. I asked for an oil change, tire rotation, check my tire pressure, and replace my batteries in my key fobs. They did a super job and I asked them NOT to wash my car, but I was to late with my request. I had just come from having my car washed. They assured me that I would not have any water spots and they would make sure they put Tire Black on my tires. They went above and beyond to ensure I got the service I ask for. A special thanks to my service advisor Chris Gamez who took care of my car. Keep up the great service. More

I would stay away from purchasing a vehicle From this dealership… I purchased a vehicle April of this year and I showed up after a week to cancel a couple of extra scam charges on my finance paper. I was given the run around that they will cancel it and give me a check in 6 weeks. After that time I followed up since I never received a check or a call. The finance manager left and moved to a different dealership. I was refer to the senior finance person and was told they will just credit it back to my loan in which they never did. After weeks of phone calls and voicemails. No response, just buyers beware… More

I don’t mind getting the text the next day making sure the service was good, but the phone call 2 days after the service is annoying and it happens every time. More
