Very Disappointed! Big puddle of oil on my garage floor because the oil drain plug was not replaced properly. I was willing to just write it off as a misstep until I received a robo "how'd we do?" text in because the oil drain plug was not replaced properly. I was willing to just write it off as a misstep until I received a robo "how'd we do?" text inquiry so I replied explaining how upset I was to find the puddle of oil and that I also had the timing belt and spark plugs replaced so how am I supposed to feel confident that the items I can't visibly see were done properly? I would have expected a phone call but instead got a text apology with ironically an offer for a complementary oil change. I then received an email asking if I was willing to share my experience so here it is. We've owned several Hondas over the years and frequented this dealership for service ever since they opened years ago. The service writer I worked with originally retired so I just schedule with whoever is available and haven't felt like a valued customer since. Coincidentally I had to get an oil change for my other vehicle at the Infiniti dealership on Sahara and their service is exceptional plus the full synthetic oil change there is $20 less! More
