It was my first time at Findlay Honda since moving from New York. I brought my 2017 HRV for general service. Chris Gamez was my service advisor. I was able to book an appointment of my choosing and time of arrival. I was told it would take about an hour and with a car wash just a little longer. We had a flat tire on the way out of town. Edward really took care of us helping us get in and out so we could get back on track to be on the road again.
