I've been coming here for years and have always been treated with respect. My now 15 yr old Honda Accord has stayed in great condition. I will have a new compressor installed and will follow up in the following months with a few other issues which is expected in an older car. I absolutely love my car and want to keep it great condition for years to come. More

Great, fast, professional, courteous and friendly service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but the service. I was there for a scheduled oil change. They took my car right away. Within 30 minutes or so, I was told that everything looks good, but they'll need another few minutes because they discovered that I needed a new battery! No symptoms, but wow, am I glad that this was discovered during a routine check, and not when I needed to go somewhere, and I was assured right away that it is covered by the warranty. Another 20 minutes or so, and I was on my way, with a new battery. Thank you Findlay Honda! More

As a former Banker/Lender for over 40 years, I worked with many Dealerships in both vehicles, bikes, and mobile homes. (Flooring new & used). Normally, I would not express an opinion on a Dealer. However, as I left the industry several years ago, I feel free to express this comment. I would have purchased a new car if the Dealership had sufficient stock. The vehicle I did purchase was an extremely nice & clean used car. The salesman was young and did not push to sell a vehicle at all costs. The hard sell! Instead, he was polite and informative, just like I was as a loan officer working with the many dealerships I worked with over the years. More
