I took my Pilot SUV in for an oil change after a 3200 mile trip. I was immediately greeted by Taylor Broadbent. We discussed the service including overdue service items. On the outbrief we discussed the items over due for maintenance that was listed as requested. I advised I would schedule maintenance as the budget allows. Taylor is an excellent communicator, the service was fast and efficient getting me out quickly is a plus. Check out was easy, too. Could not be more pleased with the service at all stations.
