In fact, I have driven in from Summerlin just because the service is so great. They are always very courteous and honest. I always know that I am being treated fairly. Recently, my wife's car was in for service (we both have Hondas), and I was promptly given a ride home, and the rear brakes were replaced quickly. I have had experiences in the past with car dealers, and I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. I was so impressed with the speed at which I got my deal and got out, in just 2 hou I usually end up waiting 4-5 hours total to get the deal I want. With the help of Bill, Angel, Don and finally Kevin, we got an AWESOME deal on our Honda Pilot 2012. I have leased cars before, and I hate the process we have to go through and normally I end up going way above my budget, but this time, I had a much better experience since they helped us stay in my price range. I was looking for a new SUV for my family because my older car just couldn't cut it anymore. I checked out Findlay Honda after researching the dealerships on the Internet. They pointed me to a 2012 Honda Pilot, which I liked. When we sat down to do the lease contract, they were very helpful and friendly, no pressure at all. We also worked with Don from finance, who helped make the lease contract go smoothly. He also took care of my trade in, which was missing some paperwork. Kevin gave us some great extras on top of our already amazing deal. The staff was nice and stayed with us till midnight to get the perfect lease contract down for us. I'm very happy with my experience at Findlay Honda Henderson. I've already recommended Findlay Honda Henderson to several family members and friends. More

Nancy diagnosed the issue with my car straight away and without haste,got my automobile into the mechanical bay. A short time later my car was fixed and amazingly the cost was LESS than I expected. Nancy Harter,the awesome team of mechanics,the squad of service writers,and the cashiers/office workers including Karen Spahn and Kim are all fine examples of what customer service should strive to be.
