The set up to buy the car was easy, but the dealership doesn't care about the client. We purchased a 2018 Durango with only 20k miles on it that broke down within the first 7 days and has been out of comm doesn't care about the client. We purchased a 2018 Durango with only 20k miles on it that broke down within the first 7 days and has been out of commission for the past 2.5 days. The dealership didn't ask what the issue is, cost to repair, zero consideration about how terrible our experience has been after just giving them 35k and then we find out they never inspected the car. The oil needed changed 8 months ago and the coolant was dangerously low. What's awful is that I had the durango towed to a different dealership that pointed out there were multiple electrical issues on the car fax and that I should contact the dealership we bought it from because it wasn't fixed before. Perhaps they were decent before but now they couldn't care less about us or the potential lemon we purchased from them just a couple days ago. Avoid at all costs unless you don't care about service or reputation. More
