Salesperson was very friendly & professional. However, they didn't really pay attention to what my stated goals were, and kept getting sidetracked. So I had to repeat a lot of things. The dealership’s knowledge of electric vehicles, particularly in the sales process for used vehicles, appeared limited. The advertised price on their website does not reflect the actual sales price. They added on thousands of dollars of add-ons, which might not be uncommon for a new vehicle, but very unusual for a used vehicle. The add-ons basically pushed the online advertised price up by about 10%, which is a pretty substantial amount on a used vehicle. More

One horrible dealership they are a xxx they do not check used cars for issues if something breaks your xxxx out of luck. Car I was interested in was advertised at 31509. After they ran my credit they came back and stated that car is now 3971 more. They stated that they ceramic coating on each car whether new or used.. After they ran my credit they came back and stated that car is now 3971 more. They stated that they ceramic coating on each car whether new or used....I didn't ask ,request or wish to have ceramic coating. Again this was all explained after credit appraisal completed. They responded that they would negotiate ceramic coating and knock 500 dollars off asking price. It was like a bait and switch .I had purchased a car prior with this company before and had nothing but positive things to say. Oddly enough I can only say negative things So if they say the car is one price just wait and the new price would be revealed at a later time. Almost 4000 dollars more than I expected...Do not do business with this company....what a lousy experience . Just about as low as a company can go! More
