It was my first time using a dealership to get a new car and I was skeptical but otherwise had no other choice and the service was beyond what I expected from Brian and Scott. I was very pleased with my experince at Findlay Chevrolet. Newell was our salesman, very quick and efficient in getting the deal done in a timely manner. I HATE spending hours in a dealership and being felt like they are trying to take advantage of me, and with Newell it was nothing ike that. He was straight forward and honest never once did I feel like I was being taken advantage of or pressured to buy a vehicle from him. The dealership itself was an experince all in it's own. Very clean, loved the beverage bar while we waited for paperwork to process. Other salesman were very courteous and greeted by one everytime I passed by. And the price we paid for the Chevy truck we purchased was fair, not too much and with all the great rebates out there and other incentives it wasn't that hard of a decision to make if this was the right time to purchase a truck or not. Our finance guy, Geoff was awesome too, he made the ''PAPERWORK'' process quick and painless too. He suggested a few options that were available to us but never tried to FORCE us into making a decision we may regret later. He sealed the deal and exceeded our expectations of the overall experince as Findlay Chevrolet as a whole. My overall experince with Findlay Chevrolet was A+, I would recommend Newell to anyone I know in the market for a new Chevy. More
My boyfriend and I had found a Chevy Captiva at a CarMax and we went to Findlay to check out what the price difference would be. We started walking around the lot and that's when we realized they didn't have any. Todd came up to us and explained that the Captiva was a fleet vehicle that they used for rentals. We had expressed interested in the Equinox and said it was a little out of my price range. He walked us to the used cars and we test drove one that I loved. Unfortunately, that was still out of my price range. He came back with a different Equinox that we could work out a better deal on. We test drove this one and I needed time to think so he let us walk around and let us know he was not going to pressure me. We came back and worked out a deal that worked very well for me. Todd was the nicest car dealer I have ever met and I told my boyfriend in the middle of the process that even if I wasn't going to make a purchase I was going to recommend him to everyone I know. I never in my life thought I would be a Chevy driver and now I am happy to be part of the 'family!' -Nicole E More

This is my second auto that I have purchased from Brian Savinda - Both times he was very professional and straight forward. There was no need to haggle price and go back and forth with some manager behind the "deal desk" - there was no bait and switch - from the beginning, he demonstrated outstanding product knowledge, took the time to explain and demonstrate the features of my 2103 Silverado 1500, and listened to my needs to make sure i was making the right buying decision. When it came time for price - it was straight forward to the point - the price was fair and reasonable and I felt as though he had my best interest at heart. I honestly was satisfied that I got a good deal for me and for the dealership - and the relationship that I have with Brian is well worth it. Brian is not your typical car sales guy - he is a son, a husband and a father - and he lets you know that his family is very important - he comes from a business owner background and understands "customer service" - If you are looking to buy a car, be sure to stop by and introduce yourself to Brian - listen to what he has to say and recommends - even if you wind up buying somewhere else, you will at least know you have options - and from a honest guy - More

In our despare to have a car that was functional Scott stepped in and introduced us to the Lease Progam. The service department couldn't come up with a fix for my car and Scott sensed our urgency. My husband and I just purchased a 2013 1LT Chevrolet Equinox with upgraded leather seats.
