I visited Findlay Chevrolet to purchase a new car but I was not 100% certain of what I wanted yet. We went on a test-drive and I was surprised that the car he suggested had everything I wanted; I didn't need to test-drive another car. Brian was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and provided excellent customer service. I hope Brian still works for Findlay Chevrolet in a few years when I need buy another car. More

The stereo in my 2004 sierra pickup needed to be unlocked. We simply asked Billy what steps were necessary to accomplish this, along with the price. Al is a great sales person. I went into the dealership thinking I was going to be financing a used car and we walked out with a lease on a brand new 2014 Cruze. Everything was laid out with no hidden fees or details. Al also took the time to go over all the features of the car before we drove it off the lot!! We went to another Chevy dealership prior to coming into Findlay. We did not care for how we were treated. They wanted to charge all kinds of fees for our Saturn. I can say the same about the rest of the Findley staff that I encountered during the puchase of our new 2014 Traverse....Geoff, Mike Chance and Kat.
