I have to say that you have given me a newfound respect and appreciation of the car buying experience. Everyone knows the stereotypical cliches that go along with buying a car and this is the first time I and appreciation of the car buying experience. Everyone knows the stereotypical cliches that go along with buying a car and this is the first time I have ever purchased a car and not felt like I was used, lied to, or otherwise misled. This whole experience was amazing!!! Scott (and his team, specifically we worked with Brian for delivery of our new Traverse) did a great job!! In previous car buying experiences we felt pressured and never knew if we were doing the "right" thing and we have had credit issues in the past and they always ask for a huge down payment after all the paperwork is done and they tell you well you can lower that payment by giving a down payment. Scott never even asked how much we wanted to put down, like it wasn't an issue at all. At the end of the experience my wife and I were driving away I commented that this was the first time I actually felt good after buying a car. Great Job with your customer service and you have a customer for life!!! More

I came to Findlay for a 4x4 silverado and was not hassled by sales person until I was ready and found Tyler who was very professional in greeting my wife and I . I recently purchased a 2013 Chevy Camero from Matt Masluk. Matt contacted me two weeks ago after I requested financing with Findlay. I meet with Matt he showed me around the dealership and he had me d Masluk. Matt contacted me two weeks ago after I requested financing with Findlay. I meet with Matt he showed me around the dealership and he had me drive on of the cars and we discussed the price. He called me about and hour later and told me I had been approved. I walked in on Oct 11 and signed the paperwork that was needed and I drove away with my new car. Gill helped me out with financing and Mike showed me all the exciting features of my new purchase. Bought a new car and they were fine. It got wrecked, went back for a used car. NIGHTMARE!! 2007 VW Jetta Problems: Open NTSA safety recalls Electrical shorts No spare key(1 key presented AFTER car deliev back for a used car. NIGHTMARE!! 2007 VW Jetta Problems: Open NTSA safety recalls Electrical shorts No spare key(1 key presented AFTER car delievered addl $200 key cost) No jack or lug wrench (found out when I had a flat tire) Cracked side mirror not fixed (it wasn't written down as a "We Owe") Car headlights don't line up, taillights were out on one side I could go on, millions of small things. This car was detailed well,very clean. just not mechanically inspected. I tried to work with them, they were rude and refused to do anything. I had to take my car to their VW location for recalls. They were done incorrectly, so I then had to go to a different dealership and was charged...since they had been done as far as VW was concerned. I bought a new car from them before, it was a good experience. But used?? NEVER again. My family had bad experiences with Findlay Saturn, I was warned about them. Should have listened. I am now ready to just get rid of this car, since I'm having more electrical problems. I've had it since Dec 2010, problems at every turn. More
