Once they received my car, I felt comfortable as my service advisor (Billy Chang) called me and explained the service here because it wasn't running. I had brought my 2006 Chevy HHR in for service with Slim at Findlay Chevrolet when I spotted a customized 2014 Chevy Silverado 4x4 on display in front of their showroom. After test driving the vehicle with Al, I made an offer which was declined. two weeks went by and I returned to the dealership and spoke with Jamaal McCoy. After making a few changes to the terms of the lease with GMAC that I was willing to accept, we areed to a deal. Since the truck I had previously seen was already sold, Jamaal and team had to do a dealer trade to get the truck I wanted, then it had to be sent out for the modifications to make it exactly like the truck I had previously tried to purchase. The truck that Findlay obtained for me had over $1,000 in additional MSRP due to bucket seats and other additional factory options. Findlay honred our deal and included the extra options without changing the price or terms agreed to. In all aspects of dealing with Findlay Chevrolet's Sales and Service departments I have found the staff there to be customer focused, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional in their demeanor and ability to execute all commitments as made and on time. They even sent a driver to pick me up when my HHR was ready from Service. I have dealt with hundreds of car dealers all around North America and have never found a more competent and honest dealership that operates with a more pervasive atmosphere of integrity as I have at Findlay Chevrolet... It should be noted that this is the second new Chevrolet i have purchased from Findlay Chevrolet. More

I brought the Tahoe down for a routine oil change. Rather than read my book, I went to look at used cars. I was introduced to Brian who showed me the used car inventory and when I narrowed it to one, we wen than read my book, I went to look at used cars. While out, I mentioned the high curb in my neighborhood, so Brian suggested we drive to my house and test the car. There was no problem for this car. Upon arrival at the dealership, we looked at the new car inventory which was close in price and had the color I really liked. Brian was very patient with me showing all the payment options. Many positives to owning this new car, but the low interest rate, the navigation package and OnStar were the icing on the cake. Mike did an excellent job teaching the high tech of this car.
