That is what I call the top of the line Customer Service, all the way in every Department.. I had a great Salesman,RAMON TORRES they ALL do it right.. I have traded in 3 Chevy's every 3 years, and every single time it was the BEST experience... When I go there they make you feel like you are SPECIAL. It is a great feeling.. From the big Manager all the way supervisor's etc.... Girls answering the phone calls, that don't get hung up on, I could go on forever... I think I could write a book about this dealership.... Scott is awesome. Easy and great to work with. The finance people are very difficult to work with, one of the finance guys is very misleading and doesn't care about you. The finance manager was disres finance people are very difficult to work with, one of the finance guys is very misleading and doesn't care about you. The finance manager was disrespectful initially but then cooperative but it took complaining to upper management first. The service guys are great. I've had my truck in for warranty once (at less than 1000 miles) and then again because I wasn't receiving radio reception.. my truck never had an antenna but the service guy took care of it. Scott Nicolari is one of the easiest salesman I've dealed with and I've purchased many a new car. Highly recommended. If you can tolerate below average service from a finance department, I would recommend this dealership. More

I came to Findlay after trying to buy my new Malibu at a Chevy dealer closer to home. I was however completely turned off by that dealerships old fashioned bait and switch tactics so I decided to try Findla Chevy dealer closer to home. I was however completely turned off by that dealerships old fashioned bait and switch tactics so I decided to try Findlay as I was quite settled on the Malibu after reading the reviews and test driving the car. Dealing with Scott Nicolari at Findlay was completely straight forward when it came to no nonsense pricing on three different Malibu's and after deciding on my preffered vehicle he introduced me to the finance manager who continued the excellent level of service even getting a little better interest rate than the one I had agreed to , but more importantly paying strict attention to my wishes in the area of extended warranty and other details. Finally a patient and knowledgeable representative (who just happens to be an Elvis impersonator in his spare time) took me through a number of features I'd not been familiar with and I left the dealership completely satisfied.
