I took my car in to have some service issues resolved. The service dept team was very thorough, they inquired about all my issues and said they would contact me. I was contacted within the hour was advised all my issues were covered under warranty and that my vehicle would be done the same day. I was offered a ride to and from. I don't believe I have had such a good experience at a Chevy dealer before, they make you feel like you are their only customer. Tony and his team should be commended for the way each customer is treated as an individual and not a dollar sign. As a woman you are always concerned that you will be taken advantage of when you take your vehicle in for repairs, most dealerships think that women are not knowledgeable about their vehicles and try to convince you do to things that are not necessary. I truly had a great experience and will be taking my vehicle to Findlay Chevrolet when my next service is due. Kudos to the service team at Findlay. From a very satisfied customer. More

I moved to Vegas recently and had to have some warranty work done on my Silverado. A buddy of mine suggested Findlay Chevorlet. Well to tell you the truth the service manager Russell, took care of me. He was forthright with cost and explained in detail what was needed outside of warranty work. I could have spent more money down the line had I not taken care of out of warranty issues now. I left the dealer with a great overall experience. I highly recomend Findlay Chevrolet. My car runs great and looks great. More

This was our first experience with Findlay Chevrolet, as well as shopping for a car on the internet. I am a very brand loyal Chevrolet customer and we were shopping for a Camaro for my wife. To put it mildl well as shopping for a car on the internet. I am a very brand loyal Chevrolet customer and we were shopping for a Camaro for my wife. To put it mildly this was her dream car and she knew exactly what options the Camaro should have. We work different shifts and our time together is limited but once we picked the car we were interested online. I was contacted by Gill Bouganim the next morning and explained that my wife and I could not come in together but that was no problem. He showed me the car in the morning and kept the keys to show my wife in the evening. To quote my wife Gill answered all my questions, no matter how dumb without making me feel dumb! Then on to finance where Matt Pesce took the time to deal with us seperately. He put together a package that was both affordable and keeping my wife's best interest first. I cannot tell you how much that means to me not taking advantage of her just to sell a car. To wrap this up Findlay Chevrolet and Gill Bouganim will be my first stop for all my automobile needs in the future. More
