We bought our Cadi here and have been getting all the service done here as well. Greg is usually our guy and he has always gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied with the appointment. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Took my car in to be service for them to reseal the engine. Got my car back, and it sounded like F-2 DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Took my car in to be service for them to reseal the engine. Got my car back, and it sounded like F-250 super loud noise when the car started up. I just had spent about 3K for them to reseal the engine. My car was not making any noise when I dropped it off to them. I went back to talk with the service advisor, and the B**** had the never to tell me the noise was masked by the a oil leak, Mind you I went there to get my oil changed. SO she goes on to tell me they can fix it for 3K more, B**** NO*** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FINDLY CADILLAC More

I have been with Findley Cadillac since buying brand new some years back. Have had all of my servicing done as well consistently. Most service advisors are always kind and attentive. However On this recent some years back. Have had all of my servicing done as well consistently. Most service advisors are always kind and attentive. However On this recent visit I would recommend new advisors assigned pay close attention to what’s ask to be done on my vehicle. I was told my steering wheel fluids were checked just not on my paperwork and if there are new specials going on that customers should be made aware of advise, do not allow your customer to over hear it from other customers. Service writer Gary is friendly, attentive, and informative. He greets you with a smile and a handshake, and represents Cadillac well. Their sales dept keeps asking me if I want to sell them my car, and 'trade up' to a 2022 model. Interesting, because they don't have any new cars on the lot to sell !! More
