Findlay Cadillac - Service Center

Ashley Williams and Kelly Newcombe are the worse employees at this dealership. She literally came out to talk to Mr about my concerns standing over me, her hands in both pockets and would not pet m employees at this dealership. She literally came out to talk to Mr about my concerns standing over me, her hands in both pockets and would not pet me speak I mean Newcombe. Ashley since March been saying my car is faulty leaks under carriage, loud noise with driving, dark fluids from car and 10 months later this dealership has done absolutely nothing despite me going there over 3 times in 10 months with the SAME complains over and over and over. Quick to charge your card and tell you next charges absolutely worse at listening to customers and making sure they are okay. Sat at lobby once an hour before Ashley came to even say hi eventhough I had an appmt, no rental car given 3 times just lyft back home with no courtesy. I regret buying my escalade and regret this dealership ever being in contact with me. Don't buy from here and don't go there for repairs waste of your 3 hours time each time. I would wish my experience on my worse enemy. I wrote to GM myself about this dealership these two employees need to go, Newcombe told Ashley to give me keys to a faulty car to drive home absolutely nuts at this place. More
