Greg has been my Service Advisor from the first service I have had performed ony Cadillac. He is professional and through. He goes beyond the required call of duty. Another employee who helped on March 15,23, was Anthony. I was struggling trying to program my new phone, I asked Anthony if he could help me and he was more than happy to help me. In just a few minutes my phone was all set and Anthony showed me how to do it and even made it look easy. Everyone at Findlay Cadillac has been a great help. Friendly and they make you feel important too! I give Findlay Cadillac a review of 5 STARS! More

I have been bringing my car here for a little over 3 years now, the service is fantastic starting with my service rep. which is Daniel Botta. He makes sure to explain in detail all service to be done on years now, the service is fantastic starting with my service rep. which is Daniel Botta. My service has always been done right the first time!! so yes I would recommend Findlay Cadillac in Henderson to anyone looking for a very reliable place to get their vehicle checked out or serviced. I would recommend Findlay to all my friends. The service is excellent, the mechanics know what they are doing and always explain how, what and why. They make time for my repairs and get them do The service is excellent, the mechanics know what they are doing and always explain how, what and why. They make time for my repairs and get them done. The prices are fair for the work that is done. There are even discount coupons offered on the Cadillac app which I took advantage of! The service reps are on top of it and a shout out to Ashley, Brian and Greg, they are professional, friendly and explain things. The cashiers in the back are friendly and helpful. I had to find the parts department and one of the employees nearby overheard me asking for directions and then stepped in and offered to walk me to the elevator and take me directly to the parts department. They opened doors, were very polite made me feel comfortable. I like the waiting area where you can get complimentary, water, sodas, coffee even a cappuccino my personal favorite. More
