Greg has been my Service Advisor from the first service I have had performed ony Cadillac. He is professional and through. He goes beyond the required call of duty. Another employee who helped on March 15,23, was Anthony. I was struggling trying to program my new phone, I asked Anthony if he could help me and he was more than happy to help me. In just a few minutes my phone was all set and Anthony showed me how to do it and even made it look easy. Everyone at Findlay Cadillac has been a great help.
