I brought my XT5 in for an oil change and my Service Advisor Joe B. advised that an oil leak was discovered. He advised that it could be repaired under factory warranty. I was provided a free rental car and then a new loaner until my vehicle was repaired, which was done quickly. Joe kept in touch to keep us updated on the progress.
