I have worked with Tyler Sullivan in the past, he is extremely professional and knowledgeable about my XT5. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped working, so I brought it in for service. Tyler checked some thin extremely professional and knowledgeable about my XT5. Unfortunately, my A/C stopped working, so I brought it in for service. Tyler checked some things to see if it was a minor repair. Unfortunately, it ended up being the A/ C compressor. Tyler offered a coupon discount over the original estimate and my car was repaired within a reasonable timeframe. I highly recommend seeing Tyler if you need service on you Cadillac. More
Worst service experience ever , brought my Escalade in to be serviced i come outside to my car to find a porter leaning against my car and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight . be serviced i come outside to my car to find a porter leaning against my car and when i said something he got into my face as if he wanted to fight . I let management know what happened and his response was how long the porter worked there . Didn't seem too concerned about what happened. On a second occasion I brought vehicle in and my headphones came up missing for the rear entertainment was promised another set new set , still waiting. Would not recommend this place More

Disappointing Service Experience at Findlay Cadillac! !!! I’ve purchased two vehicles from Findlay Cadillac, yet I’ve consistently felt unwelcome every time I’ve returned for service. Most recently, I bro !!! I’ve purchased two vehicles from Findlay Cadillac, yet I’ve consistently felt unwelcome every time I’ve returned for service. Most recently, I brought my car in for a specific issue, but while other unrelated items were addressed, the original problem was never resolved. I normally don’t leave reviews, but after sending two emails, a text, and leaving several voicemails without any response, I felt I had no other choice. It’s clear the service department is understaffed and lacking in leadership and training. What’s even more frustrating is watching how differently casino clients are treated — they roll out the red carpet for them, while loyal, long-time customers like myself are often dismissed. I understand the resorts spend more, but every customer deserves the same respect and quality of service. More

Took my car in for possible warranty work for transmission issues. Took about a week and no response from Omar, which seemed like pretty nice fellow. Also got me a loaner which turned south due t transmission issues. Took about a week and no response from Omar, which seemed like pretty nice fellow. Also got me a loaner which turned south due to rock hitting windshield on first day. Notified by message to Omar immediately, but again no response. After the week, dealer found no issue with my car (nornal according to gm) even though not shifting in last gear (this was new 2023 car bought at this dealership). Now the cracked windshield was arranged to get replaced with new but my insurance didn't cover, dealer denied aftermarket replacement and had to be oem (which I understood), but again was not notified by dealer nor Omar. Found out next day by Installer. Now glass is costing me over $1k to replace, no warranty work on my car, and this was the .most expensive rental car from a dealer I have ever had. Can't even make payments. Sigh... More
