Patient and Fair My husband and I have always had Cadillacs. We are on a fixed income and my husband is disabled. Our last purchase was a Nissan and I hated it. I dragged my husband to Findlay Cadillac even though it is further than the Cadillac near me. I did not like their attitude, We met Steven Hoffman and he was very pleasant and made us feel very comfortable. After looking at a few models we found what we wanted. After we saw the payment I was upset I would not drive a Cadillac again. Well Steven and his manager Jason found a demo that they were able to make us a very nice payment on a 48 month lease. I can't thank them enough for caring and making it possible. Steven is our guy !! More
Outstanding Customer Service & Care I previously owned a 2009 CTS-V with approximately 20K miles,and was considering to upgrade to a newer model. Decided to call Findlay Cadillac in Hend I previously owned a 2009 CTS-V with approximately 20K miles,and was considering to upgrade to a newer model. Decided to call Findlay Cadillac in Henderson,and had the opportunity to meet Sergio. While these cars are in great demand, Sergio recommended to test drive the new ATS-V sedan and sit in a ATS Coupe for size. Was completely impressed of the comfort and room in the ATS Coupe. Showing interest, Sergio was able to locate the ATS-V sedan and coupe, and personally called me for a test drive within a week. Sergio is very helpful in explaining the logistics of this car, and arranging the purchase of the new Cadillac ATS-V. I would highly recommend Sergio & Findlay Cadillac in Henderson for my next purchase, which will be the new Cadillac CTS-V. Thank You. More

After him rushing the test drive he showed me the final price for the truck we had been looking at. Now during the process he kept telling me great deal need it gone fast ready to take home. But when i mentioned going to get lunch and calling around to check tire prices insurance, updates for the navigation and to call my bank becomes my preaproval was 1500 under what I needed. I was told by chip that if I left he would not honor and prices he had quoted me. He did not want me to leave with the paperwork he had printed out. Told me we are raising the price of the truck when you walk out that door by 3000 dollars . What else could I do but leave. I went threw the Internet to avoid pushy salesman. I am very disapointed. The truck was pretty nice would have been good for us. This dealership seems to be using dishonest tactics. More

I was there to check out their pre-owned inventory and was actually on my way to Toyota to try to renegotiate a used Toyota Venza that I had looked at a couple of days earlier. I just want to shout from the roof tops that your staff is simply AMAZING!!! Pete Finklea was my awesome sales person! Not that anyone needs to "sell" a Cadillac product, but he went beyond expectations. Please commend Pete for his outstanding guest service. I would and will recommend him and Findlay Cadillac in Henderson to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. Thank you so very much for a pleasureable experience. I get in my SRX every day and I am instantly in a great mood! I love my new Caddy!!! YOU GUYS ROCK!!! More
I was up front with the salesperson that I was doing my homework but not buying a car that particular day. I wanted to get some information, establish a relationship moving forward and I was a qualified bu homework but not buying a car that particular day. Furthermore, I also told the dealer that my last vehicle was purchased from a Findlay dealership and I was giving them first chance at the deal. A new Cadillac ATS was one of three cars I was considering and would they please take the time to go over some of the features of the vehicle and possibly a test drive. They would not. The attitude I received was astounding. Examples: Can you tell me a little bit about the CUE system? "No. It takes too long." What can you tell me about the car? "Look, it's Saturday and I have to wait on other customers." (Strange, four salespersons were just standing around out front doing nothing.) Can I have a brochure? "No, we don't have any." I was very put-off to say the least. Maybe I should have made an appointment... yet, this is not an excuse for the cursory customer service I received. My wife who was with me walked away in disgust at the overall tone of the salesperson and sadly we gained nothing from visiting this dealership. Except, that we should find another. More
