Purchase of a new ATS My husband and I stopped in at Findlay on our way home from Laughlin. He had seen a white ATS when he had our 2012 CTS serviced that he thought I migh My husband and I stopped in at Findlay on our way home from Laughlin. He had seen a white ATS when he had our 2012 CTS serviced that he thought I might like. I had the card of the dealer we purchased the CTS from so asked for him. Ron Kolek asked if he could help us and we showed him the card. He said that person was no longer with them. He then provided the excellent service that we have always had over the years and we walked out with our first brand new Cadillac. From the moment I pulled up to the dealership I was completely impressed with the customer service I received. I was greeted with a warm smile. The salesman asked me if I was here to see someone specific. This was refreshing as in past experiences salesman always seemed eager and didnt ask what you where here for. I told him I was here to see Sergio Brooks. He took me to the lounge offered me a drink and told me Sergio would be me shortly. Sergio made sure my wants and needs in a new vehicle where meet. He showed me a few types and I test drove a few vehicles. Once I decided on the ATS the rest of the process was smooth operating. From financing, to signing of the loan documents. I was given a tour of the dealership meet my new service writer and also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager of the dealership. I can't speak highly enough of the service Sergio, the dealership and the GM gave me. High Expectations My husband and I have owned Cadillacs for over 30 years and love the responsiveness and ride of a Cadillac. Being new in the Henderson area, we were My husband and I have owned Cadillacs for over 30 years and love the responsiveness and ride of a Cadillac. Being new in the Henderson area, we were not sure if the dealership would live up to our high expectations. Our previous dealership in Florida went above and beyond in my opinion to make the sales experience personal, comfortable and informative, and I didn't think their service could be surpassed. But Steve at Findlay really surprised me. After purchasing a new XT5, we found out that my husband would be receiving a new electric wheelchair and lift from the VA. As a result of this, we had to trade-in our brand new XT5 and purchase a larger Escalade to fit the new lift. Steve was wonderful to deal with, handling all the paperwork and showing us all the new features on the larger car. He even made sure the new Escalade had all the cameras and cross traffic alerts that I requested on the XT5. He came to our house several times to help personalize the new car, even on his own time while on the way to the dog park with his pet standard poodle. He is still a valuable asset to us, helping to get the rear seats removed so the new lift can be installed. And all of this personal attention came with patience and sincerity. My husband's disability causes him to move very slowly and have short-term memory loss. Steve took the time to explain some of the new features several times and treated him with total respect. I really appreciated that. And I absolutely LOVE the new Escalade; my car-buying experience couldn't have been better! More
