Stay away from this dealership, they do not keep their word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I received an email from Thomas Smith, Internet Manager that the car was secure. word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I guess my deposit and your word saying the car was secure, does not mean anything. Good thing I did not purchase a ticket to pick up the car. (I am in California) I have an idea of what happened, probably got a better offer or the other customer was going to finance through the dealership, which would allow them to make more money. No matter what, you should keep your word and treat customers better. In addition, please be aware of Cadillac's Internet site. Cadillac does not keep very good track of their inventory. Many of the cars listed are sold already. Regarding Findlay Cadillac do better and Smitty as you call yourself learn to keep your word. More

I am super impressed w Findley Cadillac on Gibson Rd. I was not pressured.. the staff was very pleasant and made my deal work to fit my budget! The professional experience received on 1st visit This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necess This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necessary, as I had decided that the CT-6 was the vehicle I was interested in leasing. He stated that he has the perfect car for me, and walked me to the indoor display area, and boy was he RIGHT! The buying process was the best I can remember, when buying a new car, I was treated as if I was an old and loyal customer. I'm happy to share, I drove my new Cadillac home that very day! I see myself as a Findlay customer, for as long as I live in the Las Vegas area, and will refer anyone looking for a new or preowed Cadillac to Steve, without reservation. More

Not only did I get the deal I was looking for which wasn't 'do-able' at Cadillac of Las Vegas, but I felt like I made a few friends:-) I learned Findlay is family owned & offer some great 'extras' that others either don't or can't..... ..........BUT the icing on the cake was meeting LJ Harness!! Great Experience in Purchasing an XT5 I came into Findlay Cadillac with little knowledge of what I was going to purchase. I did, however, have certain 'features' that I could not live wit I came into Findlay Cadillac with little knowledge of what I was going to purchase. I did, however, have certain 'features' that I could not live without. Hank Mastermaker was my sales agent. Well, Hank couldn't of been more patient or informative. I asked a thousand questions or more...Hank did not show one bit of impatience with me and went over things four times if I asked him too. I, being a girl, needed to know everything. Anyway, I joke, but Hank really did know his product. We looked at a few cars, Hank knew the answers to my questions. I did not have to wait for him to go find out the answer from someone else, as I find happens in a lot of dealerships. We narrowed down our selection, we talked for awhile and I reached my decision because I feel Hank was completely honest with me. If a certain feature wouldn't benefit me the way I thought, Hank would let me know why exactly one feature was better for my needs than another. I never felt 'snowed', or 'taken advantage of', because I was a female. Hank made the experience fun, and not an uphill battle. So, after my decision was made on the XT5, much to my surprise, things ran smoothly and quickly from there. Usually, the paperwork takes hours, this time it did not. I really enjoyed working with Hank, and feel I would come back to Findlay Cadillac just based on the service I received that day. So, yes, I would highly recommend Findlay, and I would highly recommend Hank Mastermaker. Thank you to everyone I encountered at the dealership...from the receptionist on forward! More
