From the moment I pulled up to the dealership I was completely impressed with the customer service I received. I was greeted with a warm smile. The salesman asked me if I was here to see someone specific. This was refreshing as in past experiences salesman always seemed eager and didnt ask what you where here for. I told him I was here to see Sergio Brooks. He took me to the lounge offered me a drink and told me Sergio would be me shortly. Sergio made sure my wants and needs in a new vehicle where meet. He showed me a few types and I test drove a few vehicles. Once I decided on the ATS the rest of the process was smooth operating. From financing, to signing of the loan documents. I was given a tour of the dealership meet my new service writer and also had the pleasure of meeting the general manager of the dealership. I can't speak highly enough of the service Sergio, the dealership and the GM gave me.
