I Had a good experience with the sales person and found a vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to vehicle that I was very happy purchasing although I was lead to believe all I had to do to acquire the code to unlock the door with a code was go to the Lincoln dealership to obtain it. It turned out that I had to pay an extra fee in order to obtain the code once I inquired about it at the Lincoln dealership. I went back to the Cadillac dealership where I purchased the vehicle and talked to the Manager about the confusion, I was told by the manager he would make a one time exemption for me when i left the dealership. Not once have i received a phone call or email about waiving the fee for the code.I want to give a good rating but in this case I will not, due to the failed follow through by the manager of the Henderson Cadillac Dealership. In response to this review when I receive a positive response back from the dealership the resolve this issue I will gladly retract this 3 star rating. More

We recently found a perfect Cadillac online at Findlay’s, and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a not and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a notary in our state and all seamlessly.
