He offered us a refreshment and we started to discuss what we were looking f Stopped by Dealership to look at Cadillacs Was greeted by Jose Castillo. He offered us a refreshment and we started to discuss what we were looking for (a 2-3 year old Cadillac SRX with low mileage. He took us out on test drive. We came back to Dealership and talked about price. He then said he had a 2 month old X5 with less than 200 miles on it. He said we could get this at a good price. He introduced us to Sergio Brooks. We negotiated a price and purchased the vehicle (love it). Jose was very patient with us showing us all the features of the vehicle and offered to stop by our house anytime and show us the features again, if we had any questions . Overall it was a pleasant experience with no high pressure sales. Jose even took the time to drive to our house and pick up the Pink Slip for car that we traded in. Sergio worked with us to stay within our budget and honestly didn't cut any corners, no pressure just genuine concern and doing whatever possible to make this happen and it did. I would without hesitation refer anyone to Sergio, he's kind, patient and he genuinely cares about his customers even after the transaction is completed. They provide loaner cars for you, have a great waiting room with amenities. Most important no pressure and they stand behind their word. See Sergio you won't be sorry.
