We recently found a perfect Cadillac online at Findlay’s, and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a not and being from out of state, had Thomas Smith helping us with the entire process from securing it, delivery date, photos, financing, setting up a notary in our state and all seamlessly. He was attentive and immediately responsive every step of the process. It could not have been an easier going through all of this from out of state. We throughly enjoyed working with this dealership. Stay away from this dealership, they do not keep their word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I received an email from Thomas Smith, Internet Manager that the car was secure. word. I was purchasing a car over the Internet and left a deposit. I received an email from Thomas Smith, Internet Manager that the car was secure. The next morning I received an email saying sorry the car was sold. I guess my deposit and your word saying the car was secure, does not mean anything. Good thing I did not purchase a ticket to pick up the car. (I am in California) I have an idea of what happened, probably got a better offer or the other customer was going to finance through the dealership, which would allow them to make more money. No matter what, you should keep your word and treat customers better. In addition, please be aware of Cadillac's Internet site. Cadillac does not keep very good track of their inventory. Many of the cars listed are sold already. Regarding Findlay Cadillac do better and Smitty as you call yourself learn to keep your word. More

I am super impressed w Findley Cadillac on Gibson Rd. I was not pressured.. the staff was very pleasant and made my deal work to fit my budget! The professional experience received on 1st visit This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necess This was my second visit to Findlay Cadillac. Mr. Hoffman greeted me both times, asked if I'd to test drive the CT-6, to which I replied not necessary, as I had decided that the CT-6 was the vehicle I was interested in leasing. He stated that he has the perfect car for me, and walked me to the indoor display area, and boy was he RIGHT! The buying process was the best I can remember, when buying a new car, I was treated as if I was an old and loyal customer. I'm happy to share, I drove my new Cadillac home that very day! I see myself as a Findlay customer, for as long as I live in the Las Vegas area, and will refer anyone looking for a new or preowed Cadillac to Steve, without reservation. More

The person in finance named Chris was also very well organized and knew is business at the 5 star level. Any and all of my questions were answered on the spot by both of the individuals. Felt like I made a few Friends! Although getting a new car is always a blessing, the car buying experience usually falls short - I was proven wrong when I met LJ Harness & Don Marin Although getting a new car is always a blessing, the car buying experience usually falls short - I was proven wrong when I met LJ Harness & Don Marino @ Findlay Cadillac in Henderson! Not only did I get the deal I was looking for which wasn't 'do-able' at Cadillac of Las Vegas, but I felt like I made a few friends:-) I learned Findlay is family owned & offer some great 'extras' that others either don't or can't..... ..........BUT the icing on the cake was meeting LJ Harness!! What a cool kat! He always had smile & most importantly I felt he was completely honest with me... I've definitely found my Dealership & a few friends:-) Namaste More
